I met Dale when he was selling a condo downstairs to the apartment I was renting. I had been casually in the market for a couple of months, and had initially been working with Redfin. After they dropped the ball (due to timeliness), I reached out to Dale for help. As others have said, he spent plenty of time up-front getting to know exactly what I was looking for. I did most of the work looking at the listings each day and sending some over for his thoughts. He would either swing by open houses with me, set up private viewings, or take a look for himself after I had visited a property. When the time came to bid, he helped me run comps and evaluate a competitive price. A couple of times, the seller countered, and Dale helped me analyze whether or not I should respond. I never once felt pressured to make any decisions I wasn’t completely comfortable with. In fact, a few times, Dale preemptively advised that a property was overpriced and I should pass.

 

In the end we found a wonderful home that we could not be happier with. It checks all the boxes that we cared about. When time for the move came, Dale showed up at the new place with pizzas and beers to help with the process. I would definitely recommend working with Dale and his team. They have a loyal customer in me.
