This stylish Artani condo was full of character when we first encountered it, but in need of some modern touches in order to be market ready.

Sales -12% (Q1 YoY)
Lowest number of Q1 sales since 2009 (918)

Trends:
Declining of appreciation rates in the last 2 quarters.
Median house sales prices dropped dramatically from last spring, but then spiked up again in March 2019.
Outlook:
Inventory shift due to looming IPO’s buyers moving more quickly to beat the “rush of new millionaires” and sellers waiting to list in order to catch the rush.
