Dale Boutiette and Alla Gershberg are top producers in San Francisco real estate, bringing combined expertise to their boutique entrepreneurial team. The couple joined forces professionally while working on real estate projects for their own investments. With Gershberg’s background as a former executive at a large financial institution and Boutiette’s upbringing as the son of a general contractor and experience as a founding partner of a thriving trust and estate law firm, real estate was a natural fit.
This dynamic duo has worked on more than 300 projects together, including the sale of a historic Nob Hill home for $16 million, but what matters most to them is their relationships with each client regardless of selling price. These relationships don’t end when the transaction is complete: recently, they helped a family with their fifth sale.
One of the projects they are most proud of is helping a couple with health issues transform their home to maximize the profit on their sale. “We helped them by fronting the money to fund the property preparation, and as a result, they received 37 offers and the property sold for $1 million more than its appraised value,” the team says. “Because of us, the couple was able to retire comfortably.”
