In 1993, as young newlyweds, we made our first real estate purchase in San Francisco. Little did we know at the time, but that investment and the others that followed it planted the seed for what would later become a hugely successful professional partnership in helping others achieve their Real Estate goals. Over 20 years later, we are proudly one of San Francisco’s top teams and continue to serve our clients with a genuine passion for Real Estate. We are so very grateful to do what we love.

Dale is affectionately known among our clients as “The Rock” for his steadfast approach and creative trouble shooting. With over 20 years of real estate and legal experience, Dale has truly seen it all, which gives him a calm resolve in guiding clients through anything that can arise during the buying/selling process. Before working as a Realtor, Dale founded a thriving law practice specializing in trusts and probates in 1995. After more than 20 years of investing in San Francisco real estate, Dale left his law practice to follow his passion for real estate and has been helping clients navigate their own real estate ventures ever since. In his free time, Dale volunteers at several San Francisco non-profit organizations, enjoys poker night and golfing with “the boys”, and cherishes time with his two college-age daughters and wife, Alla.
Alla’s strategic business acumen, passion for real estate, and friendliness are the hallmark of her success. Before dedicating herself to Real Estate full time, Alla received her MBA and worked as a SVP of Marketing for a Fortune 500 Company. Now, after more than 20 years in the Real Estate business, she is cherished by clients as a trusted resource—her commitment to them continues long after the close of the transaction. Whether it involves advice for a remodeling project, questions about attracting good tenants for investment properties, or referring a great handyman, our clients can always count on Alla. Outside of Real Estate, Alla loves SF’s food culture—she is the ultimate restaurant junkie and is a great resource for recommendations on where to eat. She also loves traveling with the family and volunteering.
After years in the notoriously crazy advertising business, Diana decided to follow her true passion into residential real estate. She now supports our group by helping our buyers through the home buying process. She loves the combination of the rational and emotional drivers that come into play-ensuring clients are making a sound investment, but also finding the right home for their unique lifestyle, and a space that feels like home. And with a calm temperament, she is the perfect match for buyers navigating the infamously stressful SF market-one of the benefits of her Psychology degree from The University of Michigan (Go Blue!) In her free time, Diana can be found on the tennis courts at Alta Plaza Park, trying the city’s latest bars/restaurants, cooking, crafting, or befriending the dogs around town with treats and snuggles.
Adrienne has been in Real Estate since before she can remember. Born into a real estate family ranking in the top 1% nationally, she grew up surrounded by some of the best in the industry, and understood early on what it takes to succeed in this business. Before joining our team, Adrienne was a successful real estate agent herself and also spent time working at a title company. Now with the Dale + Alla group, she ensures that the many fine points of a successful real estate transaction are handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Whether working with escrow and title officers, transaction coordination, scheduling vendors and showings, or finding the best on and off-market opportunities for our clients and investors; Adrienne expertly manages the details that make our business run.
Before joining our group as a Project Manager, Marina obtained her CPA and worked for Ernst & Young in their Assurance & Advisory group, followed by real estate sales, property management and development. She now focuses on special behind the scenes projects managing property preparation, vendor relationships, tenant related matters, and pro forma analysis. Not something she brags about, she was even nominated one year as the top 10 “Sexiest Realtor of the Year”.
Daisy is our resident therapist. There’s nothing like a cuddly pooch to bring down the stress levels when the real estate world gets a bit crazy, right? With a little bit of a naughty streak and a sweet personality, our office wouldn’t be the same without our dear Daisy.
Sally is a co-founding partner of Paragon Real Estate Group—she helps our team with business planning, development, and coaching. We lean on Sally to help us solve the impossible when unique situations arise during a deal.
Patrick has had a long love affair with San Francisco Real Estate, and is our go-to-guy for data. He provides regular in-depth market analysis to keep us apprised of market conditions, as well as property specific data to help us price, market, and negotiate your property to the utmost degree.
As our team’s transaction coordinator, Michele jumps in once a deal is ratified to keep our files organized and the transaction running smoothly.
